Purchases & Delivery

How long will it take to process my order?

  • With the exception of holidays, we process all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

What is the duration of delivery?

  • Orders usually arrive in the UK within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Can I follow the progress of my order?

  • Yes, all orders placed within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Additionally, our website allows you to track your order directly.

Is there a deadline for placing orders each day?

  • The following business day will be used to process orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+1).

Changes & Cancellations

Can I modify or cancel my order once I've placed it?

  • You can email us at contact@vadenly.com to cancel your order within an hour of placing it. Once the item is delivered, you will then need to request a return.

How soon do cancellations get handled?

  • During support hours, we strive to process eligible cancellation requests in no more than two hours.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. For complete information, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

When will I get my money back?

  • Depending on your bank, refunds are normally given out 5–10 business days after your return is received and accepted.

What if the item I received was flawed or damaged?

  • Please send an email with pictures to contact@vadenly.com within 48 hours if your order arrives broken or defective. We'll put things right.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted by us via Shopify Payments.

When will my order be billed?

  • When your order is confirmed, your payment is processed.

What occurs if my payment is unsuccessful?

  • Your order will not be confirmed if your payment is unsuccessful. You can try again with a different payment method or the same one.
