How long will it take to process my order?
- With the exception of holidays, we process all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Is there a deadline for placing orders each day?
- The following business day will be used to process orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+1).
Changes & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order once I've placed it?
- You can email us at contact@vadenly.com to cancel your order within an hour of placing it. Once the item is delivered, you will then need to request a return.
How soon do cancellations get handled?
- During support hours, we strive to process eligible cancellation requests in no more than two hours.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. For complete information, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
When will I get my money back?
- Depending on your bank, refunds are normally given out 5–10 business days after your return is received and accepted.
What if the item I received was flawed or damaged?
- Please send an email with pictures to contact@vadenly.com within 48 hours if your order arrives broken or defective. We'll put things right.

- When your order is confirmed, your payment is processed.
What occurs if my payment is unsuccessful?
- Your order will not be confirmed if your payment is unsuccessful. You can try again with a different payment method or the same one.
