  • Shopify Payments, which takes most major credit and debit cards, is the only way we take payments.
  • On our website, every transaction is handled securely.

Timing of Billing

  • Charges are made to customers when their orders are confirmed.
  • As soon as your payment is successful, you will receive an email receipt.

Prices and Currency

  • British Pounds (GBP) are used to list all prices.
  • Unless otherwise specified, there won't be any additional or hidden fees at checkout.

Processing of Payments

  • Shopify Payments, a safe platform that conforms with United Kingdom laws, handles payments.
  • Rarely, transactions may take up to 24 hours to process, but most are completed instantly.

Not Making Payments

  • You will be informed right away if a transaction fails.
  • We'll try the payment again in a day. The order might be automatically cancelled if the retry is unsuccessful.

Compliance & Security

  • A PCI-DSS compliant system handles all payments, guaranteeing that your information is encrypted and handled securely throughout the transaction.
  • Your complete payment information is not kept on our servers.

Chargebacks and Refunds

  • Please see our Return & Refund Policy for information on when and how to get a refund.
  • You can ask your bank or card issuer for a chargeback if you think a charge was made incorrectly. A formal dispute review procedure will then be started by Shopify Payments.
